1- how far along in the story are we> I see 21 posts and intend to read but would like a general idea before I start writing

2- I see this is mostly based on the show, and he is not listed in casualties so... what is the fate of my favorite character Sandor 'The Hound' Clegane? It is critically important I know this if you have thought about it.
