[color=lightgray]Leightonford Institute of Higher Education was a small, lesser-known post-secondary school that housed the entitled offspring of various rich families, with the odd scholarship student or two roaming it’s decorated halls. Though every student was born with varying degrees of silver spoon in their mouths, the ruling Sorority and Fraternity houses always made it known that they were the cream of the crop. They were always richer, prettier, smarter, and knew how to better use their seemingly endless funds. Their obsession to be the best was perhaps purposely hidden, it was almost unnoticeable in a way. Some may say they even operated their club activities with a cultish mentality and dedication.

Whether you’ve been a part of greek life already or just starting out, something drew you to the lavish lives of the privileged sisters and brothers. Perhaps there was a part of you that understood the twisted hierarchical nature of greek life and the way it affected young men and women. Yet, you ignored it anyway, too mesmerized by the shining exterior. You wanted a piece of their polished pedestal, a place on it to call your own. You craved it. 

Plans had already begun for this year’s spring break event. It was the largest social of the year - an exclusive voyage to a private island owned by the sorority president. What started out as an (debatably) innocent night of socializing and partying, would soon turn for the worse for the unsuspecting students. As you and your new acquaintances explore more of the island’s depths, you realize there’s something more than meets the eye.[/color]

[hider=How the story will be played][color=lightgray]The story begins with everyone on the island, recently acquired by the sorority president’s family. They all get off their luxury cruiser, and begin icebreakers to familiarize everyone in the fraternities together. After a night of partying, characters will wake up from their drunken stupors and realize they are not in the safe island resort by the beachy shores anymore.

As the plot advances, the characters will eventually end up in caves underneath the island surface, painted with cryptic symbols and drawings unfamiliar to everyone there. More will be revealed as we reach further into the story, but the point is for the characters to find a way back to the shore and get out. 

While this story is predominantly a survival horror type RP, where characters will face gore and psychological terrors, it also leaves room for character development. What hides beneath the poised facade they show to the world?

[color=lightgray]All characters will be students from Leightonford, but other details are totally up to you. They can be new pledges, sophomores, seniors, rich or on scholarship, etc. Characters can know each other before the start of the story too, if it’s discussed beforehand in the OOC! However, I'd prefer if romantic relationships are developed in game. There will be some roles to fill out as well.
NOTE: "Regular Member" slots can be added depending on this RP's popularity. These slots can be new recruits or former members. Also, feel free to reformat the CS to a design you like, just make sure all the information listed is kept.[/color]

As this is a survival horror RP with opportunities for action; your character may dodge one or two attacks, but they are not omnipotent.
