I don't suppose anyone feels like throwing some early ideas around? I'm torn between some ideas for courtly human lords, Mountain dwelling elves on the southern continent or sea faring orcs living on the scattered northern islands. 

Should have the basic sheet up tonight once I've access to paint and can draw up my borders, just wanted to get the hype train rolling.
