Okay so. The Bouncer Job is in the Red Light district of the Entertainment Center. Nem and Bel would ask for the Daemon Bandalur and provided he's impressed enough, they'd get the job. Since they're a duo they probably would be hired together and put on rotating shifts. The area isn't as bad as the slums, but drunkenness brings out the worst in people as we know.

If you want to do an Illegal fight then yes, you're more than welcome to make an NPC for that! You can also collaborate with other players to host fights as well.
