Also, the weapons list is a holdover from the last RP. I will be happy to discuss amendments to it -- if you guys think a particular weapon system is better suited to the role, let's have that discussion for giggles. It might result in some sort of cool modification.

Basically, we argue down to which Earth weapons system the Grathik are producing in space and issuing to their troops. The criteria is the weapon's characteristics and effectiveness, but also ergonomics and familiarity to a wide group of soldiers from all sorts of places. That, for example, is why the HK416 really won out in the logic department, because it was already being directly used by most of the units hat Centurion recruits from or they are familiar with the M16 or M4 platforms and are easily retrained to it.
