Archer would still be effected. The closed circuit camera was, according to infomation on the account of the rank and she wasn't fighting it.

So. He would be.

So in actuality the abilty erases all memorys of her engagements from all observers. It still leaves physical evidence though, like cuts and the like but she didn't really do any cutting to the enemy assassin or archer.
