About your new character. My main issue is the notion of casually disintegrating people with little to no chance for them to resist. Unless that's purple prose, I would like to have this be somewhat nerfed.

I know that we want strong people, but we also want some competitive balance (to keep it fun for everyone), which means that irresistible powers are something that we have to put a lot of regulations on (hence why the nuke's issue). And retouch whenever possible (jut like game devs have to balance OP shit constantly).

Wait for further opinion from [@TheWindel], but other than this issue, he's clear with me as of now.
