	well you did say the tazers would be approximately be affective for about 12 hours so that would mean Charles would still be out unless you think the portal would of jarred him some. also sorry for not responding yesterday, my internet connection reset back it's full state so I ended up resting most of the day while letting a lot of stuff update and download. That and I need to get recording at some point this week.
