[@cloudystar] First things's first; I changed the sheet format a lot, and if you would be so kindly as to switch to it, that'd be nice. Also, can you put spaces in between his moves? it makes it easier to read.

Other than that, I don't see any particular problems with his moveset. Perhaps there needs to be another, more general, weakness but that's me. Convert the sheet.
