Aight, got some stuff figured out.

Empress as i imagine them will be a person that stuck around for as long as Familia exists and probably even for some time before that, but doesn't seem to get older - probably due to the sheer amount of makeup worn - or lose the edge needed to keep up with the eager newcomers thinking they are hot shit who know how things should be done better than everyone else. Empress'd be kind, caring for her gang of rowdy murderers in an almost parental sort of way, yet steer them in a needed direction forcefully whenever really needed - overall a sort of a beggar queen archetype, being renown in the city and having a wide net of contacts and informants everywhere despite holding no official power anywhere in Match and living on barely enough funds to allow tap water and electricity for her manor, not for luxury but for memory's sake because it is a place where untold generations of her family lived even before it was transported to America from the old world brick by brick. Her important trait would be that she does not suffer any "stupid gimmicky bullshit" in her Familia - they are stone cold fucking killers and not performance artists. Of course, train as hard as possible with all weapons at your disposal just in case, but if you need a person dead then don't risk your stupid head jumping them in a dark alley or sneaking into their home and lacing their favorite teaspoons with poison, just bring a couple of friends and blast the fool into the kingdom come from where he couldn't see you with a big gun - if you try to stage an ironic or painful demise for a rapist in order to make an example then you are no better than the degenerates you kill anyway.
