Three words that best describe your character at the beginning of a game seems like enough. If their personality changes after meeting other people with powers and being heroic I figured it'd be more of a natural progression. Brief bio is just a couple paragraphs, and since its casual standards I don't imagine a page or two document would be read by the entire cast....
