[@Pyromaniacwolf] Oh, yes. Pokémon are all self-aware, intelligent things and can act as would be expected, and can for some reason understand human speech even if they can't reply. Depending on the species perhaps more or less, but, yupp.

Edit: Well, they can reply, but they can't speak, that is. Haha.
