Your character is approved. Nothing wrong as far as I can see. But it's vanilla. As KoL said though, this character isn't too indifferent from your old ones. I can understand staying in your comfort zone, nothing wrong with that. But more importantly do you think you can stick with this guy? Can you go out of your way to find something for him to do? I wouldn't want you to lose interest because there isn't anything that your guy would get involved in. otherwise your guy is approved.
