Amelia Averyonna
[@PlatinumSkink] Amelia smiled as the Shuppet entered the pokeball and stayed in. A new partner and a new friend as well. She was about to let Shuppet out when someone came out of the house they were hanging around and asked what was going on before spotting and lightly chastising her. She simply gave the man a kind smile before speaking. "Sorry, I didn't mean to bother you sir. I was just hoping to make a new friend among the pokemon that seem to be living around your house." She said. "And thank you for your concern, but I'm used to being up at this hour and I have friends to keep me safe. I hope you have a good night." With that, she turned and walked away, heading for the town exit. She was going to head towards the forest nearby. She knew of the ghost-type Phantump and was hoping to come across one with a bit of search, giving her a partner to help counter any Water-type pokemon she would come across. As she walked through the streets, she let Shuppet out of it's pokeball and held the one in her arms, letting it feel safe while still letting her see the world around them. When she finally reached the forest, she took a deep breathe to steady her nerves. The Volbeats and Illumise that floated around and lit it up made it easier to see and cast the trees in a warm light. After she was ready, she entered and began her hunt for the Phantump, hoping she would actually find or sense one in here without having to venture in too far.
