Never gives a straight answer. Gender: Female Sexuality: Bisexual [s]also plants[/s] Relationship Status: Single Profession: Witch Well, to put simply she sometimes offers her services to the public. Not exactly all that often, mind you. Magic isn't something that can just be used carelessly, after all [s]unless its her using it for small mischief[/s]. She typically also asks for a fairly hefty price for such services. Just ask if she's capable, and she'll tell you if she is. [s]If she's not she'll say she is anyways and ask for an upfront service fee.[/s] Aside from that, if you want herbs, mushrooms, or things foraged from the forest she can typically sell you such things. She could possibly be requested to mix some specialty medicines, tonics, or other such things if she's in the mood and she has everything or you bring her what you need.
Physical Info
Appearance: Standing at a fairly short 5'1, Nara is a fairly unassuming woman. She has a slender, petite build that has little in the way of muscle or otherwise any indication of great physical ability. She has a healthy, almost too flawless seeming complexion from years of trying various different methods of self-made skin care products. She does not give her secrets to such things away easily. Atop her head, she sports messy, slightly unkempt brown hair that falls to her shoulders. Her eyes are an odd yellow color, and a neutral or otherwise lackadaisical expression is plastered on her face. Attire/Style: As far as clothing goes, Nara wears...well, somewhat outdated clothing? Simple, cotton short sleeved shirts that seem a bit old and hand made. Typically plain white in color, though sometimes the shirts have red trimming around the edges. Over it, she typically wears a simple, comfortable black cloak that she wears typically all year round, save for on the hotter summer days. Around her waist is typically a black skirt that falls to her feet, held to her waist by a simple belt that contains a few pouches for storing items. On her feet, she is a fan of simple opened toed sandals. Most often, its difficult to tell the difference in her day to day attire since her cloak and skirt do not change much, though the observant would note the subtle differences in her clothing.
Mental Info
Personality: Lackadaisical would be a pretty good word to describe her demeanor most of the time upon first impressions. Generally she keeps a fairly passive, lazy look about her. Slumped shoulders, neutral expression, that sort of thing. Generally, 'couldn't care less' would be an apt description for her most of the time. She takes most things in stride and doesn't seem to be bothered by much, going about life with a general slow pace and letting things happen as they may. Not that she's lazy by any means at all - if she has something that needs doing she'll do it immediately so she can go back to being lazy later. If one were to spend a bit of time around her though, they might find she's a bit of a...prankster. Or at least, she can say some fairly odd things sometimes and she likes poking fun at people in her usual calm and lazy demeanor. Couple this with a surprisingly acute sense for people in general, as well as being fairly intelligent she can come up with some pretty clever things every now and then. Typically whenever her gears are turning, she wears a small smile that seems to know a bit too much, though she doesn't typically always voice her entire thoughts - just enough to mess with people so they might take things out of context, or read too much into something. Underneath that lackadaisical jokester front though, one might find she's not all that calm or entirely happy with her life. Certainly she's not unhappy with it, but being constantly bored of things is a curse, really, which is what her lackadaisical, some might say apathetic, attitude stems from - boredom. Life has gotten boring, and she'd give anything to possibly have a bit of color return to it. Very, very rarely, you might see her at a loss for words, overly excited about something, or even behaving a bit childishly. Likes: -The color blue -Plants in general -To really make her day, give her a rare flower that is difficult/takes a lot of care to grow. Even more bonus points if its blue. (grow it yourself mind you, or it is extremely rare in the wild.) -Herbal Teas -Squirrels -Books of the historical/sciency botanist kind -Potatoes Dislikes: -Surprisingly terrified of cows -Coffee/Soda/anything caffeine related. -Work -Hot weather -Alcohol -Boring people (eh, some other things I'm probably forgetting to add) History: Nara has lived in Hope Valley's Evergreen Forest for...well, quite a while if people and rumors are to be believed. There has been rumors of a witch living in the forest for as long as anyone can remember. Granted, its generally passed off as superstition and rumors as there has never been any actual evidence of such a thing. Besides, it can't possibly be the same witch over all the rumors, can it? She'd have to be incredibly old, if she were. That said, the forest is quite large and if one were to get sufficiently lost they might find themselves somewhere they shouldn't... Most often, she keeps to herself. She had never really liked people that much. She always preferred the company of herself and the bounty of the forest over people and vary rarely, did she ever venture out. It was one of these rare ventures, did she notice a number of people start moving back into the area. And after a few odd dreams she initially passed off as eating some bad forest mushrooms or possibly the solitude was finally getting to her, she realized it had to have been something a bit more - the Harvest Goddess telling her she should help hope Valley. Why, in the great name of all that is holy, would she ever do that? Granted, she had nothing against the people or the Harvest Goddess like a few others she won't mention, but the idea of her helping them was just silly. ...but well, she was bored. Maybe she could have some fun with these funny people moving in?
