I figured I didn't need to put "discretion" in as one of her powers, but rest assured, it's in there somewhere ;p

I could go into semantics, but for them to be at all useful, we would need to make a clearly defined canon for powers and abilities to do anything save get "the judge" to make a decision on a case-by-case basis. My character comes from a very clearly defined canon regarding magic, but in general roleplays such as these, much is up for debate.
