[b]Appearance:[/b] Wanda is a small but sturdy girl, standing only a half-inch shy of 5'4, and weighed only around 110lbs, most of which is muscle as she is very athletic. Thick, dishwater blonde hair frames her pale face and drapes over her shoulders until just above her lower back, with shortened bangs, which often brush the tops of her eyebrows. Her eyes are a soft chocolate brown, and are often accented with different shades of eyeshadow and a bit of mascara. She takes a bit of care in how she dresses, often planning her outfits a night ahead, so she knows that it will be coordinated correctly and not rushed.
[b]Personality:[/b] Wanda is an energetic and friendly sort, with a bit of a distant personality, but is otherwise petty sweet. She has a very good memory, and has never had any difficulty recalling faces, names, or anything really. Confident and witty, Wanda enjoys riling others up, and will often try to purposefully get a reaction out of someone in a situation if she's given the chance. She's more playful than malicious though, and is mindful of not making enemies with the wrong folks, and not being an asshole to too many others. She can still come off as a little snobbish at times though, especially when it comes to computers and her own programs or tech. She's a bit touchy on sharing any specifics though, and is quite secretive about the methods she uses for work. 
[b]Background:[/b] Wanda won't often go into detail about where she was born or how she grew up, but she will often recount it shortly as 'strict and honestly a bit unorthodox', and often redirects any attempt at dwelling into the subject. She claims that its done and in the past, but if you know her well, you'll know that it still does bother her. She left when she turned 17, drifting for awhile and surviving off credit card scams and robbing cars. It wasn't glamorous or anything, but she got by, and eventually managed to collect herself enough cash for an apartment somewhere. She happened to be in Match City when she decided she aught to relax somewhere and bed down, and moved somewhere in Avia's territory. She received an okay enough explanation for the way the city worked from the locals after she had moved in, and she decided pretty quick to request to join Avia, who seemed to have a decent enough moral code for her, and who could make use of skills she had previously not known what to do with. 
[b]Leisure activities:[/b] Programming and gaming. She also likes to people watch sometimes, or wander around different parts of the city. She also has a tabby cat named Beans that she often spends time with.
[b]Extra:[/b] She's better with computer hardware, but will put together bots or rootkits for work or quick cash if she needs to. Enjoys sharing pictures of Beans with others.
