Predisposition to the Magi: Lavinia does not hate the Magi, but has a tough time trusting them. While seemingly friendly to them, if a Magi steps out of line, Lavinia would not hesitate to strike them down. Personality: One word you could use to describe Lavinia is wild. She hates standing still and doing nothing. She'd much rather be outside or riding off into a battle than being inside, guarding the Citadel or sitting through yet another boring, stuffy meeting. When interacting with others, she can be sweet as a dove, wild as a tempest, or harsh and unforgiving. It really depends on who you are. She finds it hard to trust others, due to her upbringing as a warrior for the Empire. "Don't trust anyone'. That's just one of the many mottos she lives by. History: The Graywinds were an honorable family of Templars- revered for their skills in wielding rapiers. So when Augusta Graywind gave birth to Lavinia, it was only expected that the child would become a Templar herself someday. The proud parents wasted no time in training their treasured first-born, pulling her out of school as soon as she learned to read and write. Instead of playing tag, Lavinia's days as a child were spent learning battle strategies and training hard. Her parents were often brutal while training Lavinia, making her push herself to the limits of her child body. It was not uncommon for the couple to dole out harsh punishments to the young girl, such as beatings or starvation. But they served her well- taught her that she must be obedient- obedient to the Empire and her superiors. They also taught her many other lessons. But most of them were in the moral gray area, if not outright bad. When Lavinia grew to the age of 24, she showed her true strength with the rapier, defeating many people in battle, earning her a position as a Templar. Soon after that, she was whisked off to the Citadel to serve there. But Lavinia has grown bored standing watch at the Citadel, and she yearns for the feeling of the wind in her hair, for that feeling of freedom. She is sick of stuffy meetings with other Templar, of standing guard day after day. Her one wish is to be free of her responsibilities, free to be wild.
