On the subject of speech, I've been using [b]bold[/b] for normal conversation; [i]italics[/i] for whispering; [u][b]bold and underlined[/b][/u] for shouting; and bold, underlined and italicized for [b][u][i]EXTREMELY LOUD SHOUTING[/i][/u][/b].
