[@The Survivor] If you read his sheet, he has a skull implant that helps cloak his aura of horror and psychic murder, like a lesser version of an Animus Speculum. It won't hide his nature entirely- it'll still be obvious what he is to those in the know about Blanks, and that something is off or wrong with him to everyone else- but it at least allows people to not want to kill him on sight and/or slowly die in his presence. That said, if the implant is off, the universe itself hates him, as does everything in his proximity; it's mostly psykers who are likely to actually suffer detrimental effects such as headaches, though that's ultimately the least of their worries in that situation.
