The world was in chaos. The Justice League was spread thin, and vigilantes weren't much help. The villains were winning. The Justice League needed more heroes. So they hired spies to find out about almost anyone with even a remote chance of saving the world. And soon, the school for Metahumans was born.

3. Post your character in the OOC tab, then when I approve it, move it to the CHAR tab.
4. Don't kill another player's character without permission, and even then, we're all heroes here...right?
5. Keep romance at a PG-13. If it gets above, just fade to black or continue it in the PMs.
