Well yeah for the first one, it will be an APC machine to carry the whole #squad but there will also be 2 door and 4 door cruisers for smaller ops. Probably wont have tank though, the COPS are a unit not an army.

Ive got no problem with you wanting to use a pre made character but the parts ive underlined present issues that would make him unfit for my RP.

Although this is the future the characters are all still totally human so there will be no mechanical enhancements. 

Also 'blink speed' sounds a little OP, martials are definately fast but nothing too extrodinary,.

Also a martial would carry a hand cannon as it contradicts the stealth operative approach, they would probably only use a low calibre silence pistol if nessecary but would prefer close range killing weapons or non lethal tranqs.

Once I get the OOC up I can give you some more examples of previous CS for reference for your character.
