[@BlackPanther]Yo, do you think that Pikachu could make a strong enough charge to knock out a scientist if he landed on one? Like, I know he doesn't have any electric moves, but I'm thinking that, with them all covered in water, it'd be enough to at the very least cause a distraction and hurt like a bitch.
