Many people are just catching up to the events. With about 15 players (and even more characters) there is bound to be some muckery in the timeline, even if we all followed a strict post order. 
It might get difficult to keep track of everything sometimes, which is why people prefer to form groups for their endeavours. There is of course Daimyon and co. (Krista, Felix and Rika; still tentative on who stayed behind for Ice if anyone), but another larger 'expedition' with Davis, Quill, Calvin, Kara and Ice is about to get underway as well. Shona and Mondatta are in the library/study, Cyrus is trying out the MonoMono machine, Mary is in the break room while Shaun and Caora are heading there. Aleecia and Mason are also in the break room, though they have been mostly quiet so far.

Also, if you read the posts, those mentioning her also make it clear that she leaves shortly after. So there's really nothing that's been done wrong. :D

Oh and [@ThatCharacter], bonus points for creativity. Turning the crematorium into a makeshift forge? How cool is that!
