Regol continued up to the 8th floor with Caelan moving onto the 10th and final floor they could reach from this courtyard. They were so close, but Link was lagging a bit behind and Regol didn't want to move too many levels above him incase he needed help. Oh how much easier this would be if they had Demoko and his teleporting powers. Regol could always move through shadows, and Link could as well if only his powers hadn't seemed to vanish. The others hadn't quite realized it, but Regol's sight was a bit more honed to the darkness and everything connected to it. 

It also would have been easier if the Princess knew they were coming, but of course it wouldn't be a secret rescue mission if the person they were rescuing knew they were getting rescued. The only Templars that he had seen so far were the ones he killed, but it wouldn't be long before replacements, or others on patrol came walking by and the trio just zipping up the courtyard with clawshots was definitely not nonchalant and unnoticeable.
