She could transfer wounds from a person she touched to another in a range of 10 feet around her. To heal a person normally, she could transfer it to an animal or a mutant instead of a human. Other than that, to defend herself, she can use a handgun, though she's not really that good at it. 
Bio:
She was born inside the tribe, with a normal father and mother. But when she was born, she was born with a pair of maroon red eyes, eye color that was quite unusual. Her parents immediately suspected her to have been born mutated, but they didn't really know what her power would be right away. She then grew silver hair, pretty much confirming their suspicion that she had been affected by the radiation around them. And then, when she was six years old, her power manifested, when she took the wound on her knee due to her falling down to the ground and then sent it to the boy that had been teasing her. Her future occupation was pretty much decided at this point by the tribe. She would be an excellent doctor. And thankfully, she was intelligent enough for that occupation.

Now eighteen, she served as the doctor of the tribe, and she was perfectly happy to do so, thanks to her kind and caring nature.

Personality:
Kind, caring, and patient. Those words pretty much described her. That, and shy. The default volume of her voice was lower than the average. However, when she treated a patient, she pretty much transformed into a confident, and at times, nagging, doctor. She would lecture patients who were stubborn enough to not do as she said.
