[@BlackSam3091] What [b]will[/b] your choices be based on? If I haven't miscounted, there are 12 people who still want to do this. Some of them are not going to want to back out (take me for example). You said "we" though, do you have co-GMs (and how many)? I would be willing to co-GM if it would help working with a larger group. The other thing I can suggest (something I also did with a D&D campaign a while ago) is to run the same rp twoce - that is, find someone willing to GM another rp, technically the same as yours, and divide the players into "group 1" and "group 2". You would run the rp for group 1, and the other person (again, I am willing to volunteer for this purpose) would run the rp for group 2. Obviously this would require some explanation of planned plots, characters, etc. but it allow a large number of people to take part while leaving you with the group size you originally planned for.
