Juma was back in her usual spot near the waterfall and had grown quite a bit. She was near the edge of the spring, lapping up some of the water for a drink.

Wanga was sitting under a tree behind her as he observed her friend. She had also grown quite a bit and was now a beautiful lioness. She changed her position to lay down on the grass.

[b][i]Back at Pride Rock[/i][/b]
Shupavu yawned himself awake before looking over at what used be a grey cub who was now a full-grown lion. He smiled at his son's new appearance. He nudged his son awake. "Well, look at you." He smiled at Gumu as he said this.

Gumu looked at his father then looked at himself. He had grown up, but he still had some cub in him. "Haha." He stood up and felt his own mane with a paw. "Look at this mane of mine!" He exclaimed as he happily shook it.

Malaika and Gumu had gone to bed after wearing themselves out playing with Ca. When the twins woke up the next day, Malaika became a beautiful lioness looking similar to a great queen of the past known as Sarabi while her brother Roho spouted a nice and long blonde mane.

Roho walked out of his mother's den due to feeling a bit crowded now that he was grown. He went to the nearest waterhole for a drink. [i]I wonder how Selina's feeling today.[/i] He thought as lapped up the water from the river.

Malaika walked with pride around the eastern plains of her home. She wondered if Ca was still around. Sure, she was older now but she could still play. She would just have to be gentle with him.

Zaliwa had gotten her wish and grew into a beautiful lioness though her fur was bit scruffy. She was happy she was grown now and could fend for herself. She began looking for bigger prey in her area to hunt.
