Sho grew up on the outskirts of Sendai, close to the harbor. His family did well enough, but were by no means rich. His father pushed him towards his interest in technology and computers at a young age, seeing it as the future and a perfect way to be successful. All the while, his mother would assist his grandmother in the market at their spice stand, his father selling fish closer to the harbor. Never fearing his safety, he wandered the streets at an early age. This and a wild bunch of boys made him confident and daring, thrill-seeking even. Although, his humble background kept him grounded.
