~Odette Billeaud~
[@Melpaws][@Spriggs27] Odette listened to the conversation, walking along behind Ash and Kyoko with great interest despite what her facial features might say. She had read a few books on both magic, as well as runes and alchemy before, but she was by no means any sort of master in any of the fields. Well, if she spent enough time around these two she was certain to learn something good. Maybe even a bit about herself in the process, though she doubted any of them would be able to help directly with that. As they neared Ash's luggage, she heard kyoko mentioned telepathy would be easy for most non-magical beings. ...did that mean she could...? She hadn't considered the possibility. She could communicate with spirits via telepathy, or at least a form of it. Some spirits weren't exactly the conversationalist sort and sometimes all she could get were vague emotions, feelings, and things like that. Full sentences would still be difficult sometimes, but perhaps she could try. Being able to talk with someone in a way without her bumbling around her words would be nice, regardless. She'd try later, for now she was too busy focused on Ash and her 'portable' lab. Was she about to see some potion brewing or something? Well, Ash had her full attention at least - but maybe she should show off a bit, too? Though, she wasn't certain how'd they react to a bunch of lost souls suddenly showing up out of nowhere.... For now, she remained quiet and followed Ash outside, curious about whatever potions she could be making.
~Ustha-Kth, Bea~
[@Blu] "Aha, adorable little cub...thinking of his big sister first." Well, they were both hungry so why not? She didn't really know of anywhere to eat around here. Did they have any restaurants in town? She didn't know, she wasn't from around here. Would she even be allowed off campus? Mother told her not to stray far without good reason, but this seemed like a sufficiently good reason to go looking around town a bit...food was important, after all. Even she, a cosmic being from the outer realms needed sustenance in some form. Before she could suggest anything though, Lily decided to find them. how entertaining. "Ah, shy little rabbit," Bea giggled, tilting her head to the side in her usual quizzical fashion. She hadn't revealed to Tsuki she was not, in fact human yet, which meant this was going to be most amusing. Did she assume Tsuki knew? Or did she simply wished to avoid conflict for some reason? Whatever it was, she was already entertained whatever her motive and thoughts were. "You didn't follow me here, did you? So little trust, little rabbit. Little birdies don't like someone not liking their song. It makes them sad." She made sure to emphasize the 'little rabbit' part in both sentences. Seeing the dragon get riled up and angry would be most amusing, no? Well, as long as she didn't do anything stupid. Dragons were no known for their intelligence, after all. At least, she thought so from what she always read about them. "This is Tsukihana. My little brother." Not a lie. Not at all. "We were just talking about going to eat a little bit...would you care to join us?" Bea offered, a mischievous smirk forming on her lips. Lily would suddenly feel something slimy and damp wrapping around her foot. "The little birdie, cub, and shy little rabbit could dine together, it'd be enough to make even the little food stealing kittens jealous~"
