Hey, [@KOgaming], how can you synchro summon with a card that prevents you from special summoning at all while it's on the field?

Is that an effect of the whole "Ra's" archetype, or is it something special to the synchro, or what? Same goes for the whole tributing two monster that literally can't be tributed for effect burns thing.
