Edarn/Karn || Crocus || Ballroom
[@CirusArvennicus] Edarn flicked her ethereal glowing green eyes toward... two people had decided to approach her, her face back to the relaxing monotone that didn't have emotion on it. The male seemed a big confused over her attire, looking for his companion for confirmation in which she gave one. She had to resist rolling her eyes and automatically correcting her, except this time the woman was technically right. Edarn wasn't exactly a girl anymore. Despite this world's Karn probably acting more girlish then she herself did who was born as one. Did it really matter though? The only definite difference was what was their general body structure. One was made to pump out children, the other was sculpted to plant the seed. Different weight shift from chest to groin. Some may say the mindset it also different and perhaps to some extent that was true, but there were those that had the same thought process as the opposite gender. Bah who the fuck gives a shit? She didn't at the moment. "Salutations. I'm Karn. Enjoying the ball so far?" she greeted and made small conversation, returning the handshake, her grip firm. Back home, you don't hold back a good healthy strong handshake. If you wimped out on it then you were a cowardly wimp, or just lazy. Plus it just left a general bad impression and was quite rude. She didn't really recognize these two. They were supposedly from some sort of Guild if they were here, still she wasn't positive. Not like she particularly cared if they were or weren't.
Prince || Crocus || Ballroom
[@Caits] "Doesn't change the fact he helped blindly. What would of happened if perhaps, the council asked first? No, he wouldn't purposely kill anyone, but he'd still help in a fight." Prince mused before looking toward 'Karn' for a moment. "It wouldn't be a surprise if he was assisting this ghost with controlling his magic, but that doesn't mean he isn't getting taken advantage of. After all, have you really seen him show himself, his real self, so far tonight? Possession is a tricky thing really. It's like... being put into a Portable toilet together. Sure, two people can stay in there together, cramped but still together. But it's much easier to push the other out, or make them share the smallest room possible. Plus, who knows what someone who uses trickery will do, with the very magic that usually is a stereotype of trickery. When taught, they could simply let Karn... disappear." he hummed thoughtfully.
