[@Morose] For Tiffany, she wouldn't hide anything. She'd be honest about her travels, about how she stayed in a school previously and how it turned out, her incident with Ray, and Franklin. In terms of questions, she would probably ask how often you go scavenging/recruiting, what leadership is like (i.e. is there group voting, do people just make decisions, etc.) and how morale is and how it's handled. In terms of jobs, I am unsure as to what she may be useful in, perhaps Recruiting if that's still viable due to her social skills, security maybe. I'll leave it up to you really to see where she may best fit.
