[@BlackSam3091] Biotic Crash. A "two-step" Biotic attack that leaves the user temporarily unable to use further Biotic abilities and greatly reduces the effectiveness of their biotic barriers after its use. Firstly the user charges themselves with a dangerous amount of biotic energy, charging their L5n implants (currently unusable via any other implant - in doing so could cause the user to die from implants overheating and exploding, or liquify parts of the brain.) to such a level creates a greatly improved barrier during this time frame, making the biotic temporarily extremely resistant to most forms of damage - during this time no other Biotic ability can be used. When this has happened for a total of 60 seconds the user may "blink" (think of the N7 Fury from multiplayer ME3 when they used dodge) up to a distance of 10 meters, their biotic barriers immediately discharge releasing a burst of biotic energy stunning nearby entities up to a radius of 7.5 meters. The user then unleashes step two of this attack, using a total of 80 blinks they unleash a rapid fire array of Biotic strikes, their fists imbued with Biotic energy upon a single target causing devastating damage. This lasts for a total of 5 seconds and is extremely effective against Armoured and non armoured targets - whilst bypassing shields for 50% effectiveness and biotic barriers for 25% effectiveness. The user then can blink in any direction for another 10 meters, leaving them vulnerable afterwards. Note: The user can execute up to 150 blink attacks, but leaves them unable to blink to safety afterwards. The cool down is 6 hours, biotic abilities may not be used for 1 hour, biotic barriers weakened to 50% effectivness for 30 minutes.
