Callie

[@Legion02]

Callie gathered what she would need to first take down the security and then reset it, forming a magic circle with salt, she began to chant the magic she'd need to break her own spells, and then released the energy, the magic rippling through the house with a small pop to those that could use and sense magic. Satisfied, she began to remove the other enchanctments and protects that were around the house, this a ltitle more difficult as they weren't her own, but Callie knew the makers, had studied their auras, and tuned her own to theirs, making the job slightly easier. The hardest thing was the mountain ash, despite the fact that this didn't effect her, it did have a slight resistance to magic, but she soon had that sorted, and back where it belonged. As she set about resetting the security, she glanced over her shoulder, seeing Alexis moving towards her private kitchen, the wolf-dog pup licking her face, she smiled to herself, and approached the girl. She supposed she couldn't blame her for the curiosity, especially after everything that had happened, and she said "Alexis, child, you need not fear. I appreciate curiosity, as it shows an interest to learn. I did not think to include you in what I was doing, but I imagine you have a lot of questions" She said, giving the girl a soft smile, "Well, lets retreat to my kitchen a moment, you can distract the pup with a treat or two, as I don't think he is going to leave you alone" She said with amusement. "I do not want you to be afraid, my private ktichen is protected to keep my human guests out, so they cannot get involved in any magic that might be in there, in the works, as it would be dangerous to them" She explained, "you should feel free to enjoy it yourself" She said, stepping into the kitchen, she glanced around it. With wide counter space, she had a pantry to one side, a small fridge to the other, in between was a large gas stove, over the top of the stove hung various pots and pans, and all around the kitchen there were herbs and spices, things she'd need for her spells. It had a warm cozy feel to it, a circle etched in the floor, around the larger counter, and there were no wires, pipes or electrical objects within the circle, making it as secure as it could possibly be. She glanced to Alexis and smmiled.
