"Corrine! I need two milkshakes and eggs sunny side up! And make it snappy!" "Yeah, yeah, commin' right up!" She yells at her brother, Antonio. As much as she hated working at the diner, it gave her an excuse to get out of the house and away from her tutor. Her parents had recently moved to Sea Salt Bay to open another diner to their chain. The more they had, the more money they would get, of course. And why not open up a diner right on the boardwalk? It would make for good business, and it did. The diner was jam packed today (like everyday) with orders coming left and right. Her hands were full of plates with every breakfast item on the menu imaginable. Her other brother, Andy, was waiting on tables with her. Both were exhausted and ready to clock out. If she could persuade on of her other brothers to take over for her, she could hang out on the beach and relax. She quickly gives everyone their food, spilling a few drinks along the way. She rushes to the kitchen to sweet talk the oldest into giving her a break. After a few minutes of bargaining, her brother agrees and she races outside to play in the water. She let's her thoughts wander, from beginning to go to a new school to wondering about the lives of her old friends.
