[@BlackSam3091] Childish shenanigans gone very wrong. Sen and her friends were daring each other to go into places on their birth ship that they shouldn't be going into. As a result they ended up in the drivecore and touched the wrong thing. They accidently triggered a drivecore overload. One of her friends died from massive radiation exposure, the other was vented into space when the ship's engineers were forced to vent the drivecore to correct the accident and prevent the ship being destroyed, and Sen only just survived the ordeal only to be dragged before the Admiralty Board and be Exiled.
