I would imagine it would take some time to get to a stage where their immune systems are back to optimal levels, even with geth assistance. I don't personally see undoing 3 centuries of degraded immune systems in a matter of a couple of decades even with super scifi tech, but things would definitely improve with each child born.

I was totally about to suggest this! Best way to ensure a completed character sheet and to make sure things are kosher for future plans is to inform the GMs about it so they can A) let you know if it needs work and B) to help incorporate it into the plot down the road.
