[@Silver Fox] Nobody is applying for Spectre status. Your character would be a member of a Spectre led task force that has been given the mission of protecting peace in the post-war galaxy. However despite the fact they aren't Spectres themselves, they would still need to have shown themselves to be worthy joining the team.
