I didnt mean it like that. She isn't upset about it. She can just sense that from when she was in "Heaven" that someone said to her that "God" placed it on earth to help heal the humans and they made it illegal instead. She can't remember how she knows this but she knew that it was important for something. 

I didnt mean it to seem that she was upset about it. She was actually laughing in her head as she thought about it.
