1. Where: I was intending to have the drinking take place on a contested border between the Machina and the Angels, in the middle of an ongoing battle.

2. Why:  Miyu and Bonesword interacted in the last battle. Bonesword left a drink behind for Miyu after Juno confiscated Miyu's alcohol. They made eye (ish? Bonesword has those, right?) contact, and nodded. They share an interest in drinking.

I won't bother discussing Miyu's motivations with you if you're convinced she's a random ball of fail. That seems lost cause-ish.
