[@DrunkasaurusRex] As far as individuals go, you bring your own gear and experience, you try out, you are accepted, you get paid. There might be some minor team tactics training but there's an agreement that you follow orders from your superiors in the code.

As the company does more jobs and gains more individuals with diverse skills, they're resources, such as vehicles, will increase. Right now, the company has a couple brahmin to move gear. I should put that in, good idea.
