[@Crossfire] Jeez, the room looked like a storm had run through it. He did a quick visual sweep of the room; there were a few Alliance grade weapons that looked ridiculously confusing to him, and a storage area of even more weapons that looked like a disorganized mess. He poked his head up and stood on his toes to try and get a look at the contents of Graysons weapons closet, before falling back on his heels when the weapons expert faced him with a new gun. It looked similar to his old one to him, but more intricate and refined. He looked with a bit of a blank stare as Grayson rambled on about the functions of the gun, from how it was powered to the new ventilation system. A good chunk of the model and power system stuff went over his head, seeing he wasn’t an expert in the field, but he did store the terminology in his head so he could inquire more about it later. Nothing better than learning new stuff, after all. When Grayson finished his lecture on the weapon and handed it to Maxi, he took it rather gingerly, turning it around and around in his hands to inspect it before holding it properly. It felt rather weird due to some differences in structure, but it was a rather good fit. He pressed the ventilation button that was previously mentioned before releasing it and putting it into his holster. “Yeah, it’ll work, at least I think it will. But that’s what testing stuff on the field is for, amiright?” judging from the analysis of his old weapons, using one he didn’t know perfectly was safer than using the one he knew well but would give in in a pinch. Now equipped with a working weapon, he took his ballistic from it’s holster and put it on the counter . “Here’s the other one. Hopefully you’ve got something to replace it, too” he said, offering a half smile. “And is there a lab or a workshop in here, bychance? I need to stock up on some tools.”
