She shies away from wearing full length garments, having a tendency to wear short dresses on most occasions. She lets her hair grow long but maintains it meticulously nonetheless. When heavier garments required, she often forgoes proper coats for a thick, long cloak, which can be easily shed when required. Has a light step.

Puts up a reasonable effort in maintaining a human appearance, to an end that she uses illusion magic to do so.

[b]Personality: [/b] 
Curious, industrious, and hardworking, Charlotte has a relaxed, but sometimes meddling personality. Having an active, eager mind with a need for fulfillment, she likes to travel and see new sights. 

Despite being a vampire, she does not shy from parlaying with her fellow Illiserev countrymen, enjoying engaging strangers and striking up friendly conversation over a pint of ale or even on the street. A bit of a busybody, she is a bit invasive in privacy and sometimes even involves herself in affairs that don’t concern her. Possessing high self-confidence and exceptional tolerance for embarrassment, she’s willing to do many things that would make a proper lady faint at the thought of. 

Her persona isn’t all rosy, however; Despite her cheery, kind, and laid-back demeanor, she has no problems using slaves as sustenance or killing in cold blood. Nonetheless, she conducts herself safely within the confines of the law.

Having lived in Illiserev for so long, she has adopted much of the customs and mannerisms of its people. 

She has a phobia of objects on a grand scale. Large, submerged entities make her uncomfortable, and towering, imposing mecha and rift beasts alike trigger her flight more than her fight instinct.

[*] Part of a branch of vampire nobles of middling importance.
[*] Lived the depths of Talze Utera at the outbreak of war. Did vampire things. 
[*] Sent to hold down the fort at a property in Illiserev, the rest of her bloodline followed the heed of the Scarlet Court into battle while she acquainted herself with the eccentric hobbies her uncle left behind. 
[*] Found herself alone at the end of the conflict. After mourning her loss for a time, she decided to take the estate she maintained for herself and rebuilt it.
[*] Having finished her task, she quickly became tired of domestic life, and made it her pastime to disguise herself as a human, gallivanting the land like a [s]vagabond[/s] tourist. She often returns to the quaint vineyard to fawn over her maids and butlers nonetheless.

[b]Abilities: [/b]

Charlotte is well-versed in blood magic, but never had the opportunity to develop much ground in necromancy beyond its intermediate principles. Living in Illiserev, she has grown used to and prefers using a more standardized field of Sword Arts, keeping her more taboo skills in reserve. 

Her Sword Arts aim to destabilize and manipulate the opponent’s flow of battle.

[i]Canter[/i] – An attack of middling speed and uneven pace that condenses and shifts the weight of her blade at the moment of impact with a depressive, backwards felt blow that is felt in the eardrums. A connecting blow dulls the senses and throws the body off balance, impairing their response time.

[i]Depress[/i] – Charlotte slashes her sword at an arc at the enemy, channeling energy through the edges of the weapon. Magic disperses in an outward vector pattern into the atmosphere around her, giving the enemy a feeling of overbearing weight while rejuvenating herself.

[i]Royal Set In/Set Out[/i] - A sudden crack of mana allows Charlotte to near instantly engage with an opening strike from a distance. Alternatively, she can near instantly parry and rapidly disengage, opening a wide distance between her and her opponent. Exceptionally exerting, she would be playing a defensive dance over the next few exchanges upon using this art.

[i]Scarlet Whip [/i]– Blood magic. Charlotte draws a string from a proper blood source. She maintains its form in a razor-sharp manner to strike at the enemy as an auxiliary or primary weapon.

[i]Blood Sphere[/i] – Blood magic. Charlotte forms a condensed sphere of blood near her body. It rotates rapidly, spinning off drops of blood that harden into sharp bullets that shoot at her targets like a Gatling weapon.  


Important Items: 
[i]Talentium Side-sword[/i] – She doesn’t care about the naming symbolism shit. A light, easy to handle weapon that allows for flexibility in sword techniques. Charlotte’s style of attack allows it to scale up well in matching heavier weapons such as great swords and longswords.
