He is [b]one sorcerer[/b], let me be clear on that, and has no survived a direct plasma blast to his body - if he is not at least weakened, and has the strength to take on about 8 other adversaries, then something is certainly wrong.

I'm not saying that Tzeentchian sorcerers aren't powerful, but - as you said yourself in your post - there is a limit to it, and I'd call surviving death a good limit.
