[@Leos Klien] The only thing I would add is to explain his psychosis further. It kind of just appears with no foreshadowing. There should have been some hints in his youth and throughout his mission before he went postal. I think him being unstable would be a better reason for him to be mustered out than simple civilian casualties . Other than that the sheet is just fine.
