[@Arcarius][@Rithy] Well, in that case, might I suggest dual forward teams, One side headed by Tiberius, backed by Vella, Skarr taking up the rear, while Ellis takes point on the other side, backed by Ja'Far. Rykarn runs diversion, behind Phalanx, who strikes at range to soften them up beforehand.

Totally forgot about Rol'Naaris/Rayes. I'd put Rol'Naaris on Diversion with Rykarn, and Rayes on Support behind Ellis and Ja'Far.
