It's from Eberron Campaign Guide 3.5, made by Wizard of the Coast, the same people who made the original 3.5. I understand if you're hesitant since the Artificer has a bad rep of being "wizards but worse", but I promise the only gimmicky thing I'll do is make golems. My gnome would even make sure to help the others by making enchanted stuff for them.
