There are clear details that describe where the NPCs are. You also need to know where your characters are. If you never wrote your character being on the second floor, then they are not on the second floor. Actions and commentary will be ignored.

I believed the General was climbing up the stairs. I had Samus and the others still on the ground and she simply stopped as soon as said General passed her and then climbed up said stairs. Then she fired a charged shot by the end of the stairway leading to the second floor. This is a valid post right?
