[b]Appearance: [/b]Sloan is a slim looking man, standing just evenly at 5'7', but build lean and athletic, with blazing blue eyes and sun-bleached blonde hair which he often leaves short but shaggy; his bangs often begin to cup his cheeks and swoop past his eyebrows when he's not careful. He's not very particular in the way he dresses, often just throwing on whatever pair of jeans and t-shirt he can find before leaving his apartment. He does seem fond of a particular dark, fur lined bomber jacket his sister had sent him. (he's still not quite sure how she knew his address, or even which state  he lived in, but was happy to see she cared enough to send him something on their birthday.)

[b]Personality:[/b] Sloan is a pretty laid back, and is more or less a true neutral when it comes to his own moral compass; it doesn't matter until it affects me directly. That said, Sloan then often goes through life however he pleases, doing whatever he wants, when he wants, and will involve whoever else he wants to involve. 

All around, he's a pretty self centered ass, but sometimes, if you're patient enough, or can just brush off assholes well enough to be around him that long, he might actually start to like you some. This won't make him act like any less of an asshole, but it does mean that he's now your asshole, and would probably follow you into hell if he thought you'd need the help. He's no self-sacrificial fool, but he is loyal, and willing to help an ally. 

Despite how self centered he seems, however, when it comes to the topic of his twin, he'll often go on proudly about all of the fancy computer stuff she does, though, it seems that he hasn't actually seen her face to face in years, he receives letters and packages on occasion(none of which he was able to backtrack...). As much as he's willing to share and gush, he can be a little irritated with those who ask too much, or try to pry open doors that he believes should stay shut forever. 

[b]Background:[/b] There isn't really much of a clear picture of where or how he grew up, and he isn't often very welcoming to those who ask for the story. Besides being loose lipped with praising his twin sister, he doesn't often talk freely about his childhood outside of the fact that it was "shitty". He will mention though that his sister had left when they were 17, after an incident, and that he stayed behind with their father for another 2 years after. 

Sloan himself left after turning 19, beginning as a drifter, just like his sister had, and surviving with what savings he himself had collected for in preparation. It wasn't very much, but he was a confident kid, and knew how to live in the streets without getting hurt. Eventually, he found himself in the business of killing people, which, thanks to his unusual upbringing, was a job he was quite skilled at, got paid well for, and he couldn't honestly admit to not enjoying the work either, as the fights, in his own words, were fun and provided good exercise. 

Some years later, after finding himself traveling more and more often, Sloan had caught word of Match City, a paradise where assassins flourish, and he made his way there, eventually finding refuge in the Black Cats. Despite the rougher ways of living, the familiar jobs kept him at peace, and he's never felt bothered living in the rougher parts of the city. Simply being able to live freely and work as he pleases appear to be all that he needs. 

[b]Leisure activities:[/b] Jogging or hiking are a favorite hobby of his, as are binging netflix documentaries and online poker. He may also frequent a bar or two sometimes and hustle pool. 

[b]Extra:[/b] He's best with a gun, and any would do, but he would honestly run into a fight bare ass naked if you paid the right price for it. Whatever needs to be done, no matter the specifics, he'll do it for a price. He's big on 'customer service'.
